Fox & Fallow’s luxe knitted blankets are super soft and easy to care for (hello machine washable and tumble dry!) It is recommend, washing them separately in cold water with a mild detergent and only tumble dry on low heat. Please avoid washing them with dark coloured items or any items that may snag the fabric (i.e. velcro, zips or hooks) – a wash bag is also recommended.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not control it completely because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
To be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
