- Cold gentle machine wash with like colours. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry in shade without delay. If required, gently pull item back into shape. Do not bleach, wring or soak. Please note – Tumble drying may cause slight shrinkage, if needed, please size up to allow for this.
- As this is a knitted item, pilling may occur with washing and normal wear. This may be more noticeable on darker coloured items.
- Due to the nature of knitted items, please allow a tolerance of 1/1.5cm for all items. Please note – as all Ziggy Lou items are custom dyed, there may be a slight difference of colours between batches.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also remain in the original packaging.
